The Customer Stats report, located in the Metrix section of the site, provides a current and easy-to-read snapshot of customer data including:

• Number of Orders (by channel / order type:  Other, Club, Trade)
• Total Sales
• First & Last Purchase
• Life (# of years that individual has been a Client)
• Number of shipment Attempts
• Attempts per order
• Returns
• Reships

To view important trends and patterns, filter by Depletion Date Range, Recipient State, Order Type, Address Type (business vs. residential), Carrier and/or Service Level.  For example, sort by the highest Attempts / Order to spot customers with high delivery failure rates.  Sort values by clicking on a header column.
